MEETING AND CONVENTION SERVICES

Hotel d'Europe has a uniquely designed convention center called John Stuart Mill Center. It has 4 expertly appointed meeting rooms of which the Crillon room with large opening bay windows giving out onto a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Avignon. The Cocteau and Victor Hugo meeting rooms linked together can receive up to 100 guests in lecture style.

3 Rooms are situated inside the hotel : the Massenet room for private dining parties, the Bonaparte room conveniently situated in the main courtyard and the main ballroom, the Salon Baroncelli, for cocktails up to 250 persons.

Audio visual equipment free of charge : overhead projector, slide projector, flipcharts, microphones, WiFi connexion.
Videoprojector upon request.

Since 1799, Hotel d'Europe has hosted most of the grand fêtes of Avignon's social elite: cocktails, gala dinners and other main press conferences.

COCKTAILS

The incredible court yard with its majestic 250 year old plane tree, together with the Baroncelli ballroom for the most unique gala cocktails (200 - 300 persons).

Both fashionable and fabulous, the Crillon room with its large bay windows and terrace overlooking the famous Place Crillon will enhance private gatherings to awe-inspiring heights (100 persons).
