The hotel has 7 salons that can host anywhere from 10 to 150 guests. Three salons are on the ground storey of the hotel:

• The Massenet Salon, ideal for small meetings and private meals.
• The Bonaparte Salon, often used as a showroom and radio studio because of its easy access from the main courtyard of the hotel.
• The Baroncelli Salon, the reception room par excellence, well adapted to grand dinners and other events.

The hotel also has a seminar centre. The John Stuart Mill Centre has four salons, including the renowned Crillon Salon with picture windows and a superb terrace overlooking the Avignon skyline and the Palais des Papes.

The basic equipment at your disposal: overhead projector, slide projector, flip chart, screen, microphones, WiFi connection, TV/Video recorder, DVD player, audio conference material, video projector.
